Warm Buttered Asparagus with Cheese and Crispy Basil


Quail in a a congealed Beetroot Sauce


Prawns with burnt Sesame and Seaweed served on a bed of Mangoes (extra awesome!)


Lettuce and Spinach Salad with warm Figs and Feta.


Pomfret with Parley in an Orange Sauce.


Braised shoulder of Pork on a bed of Sauteed Vegetables.


Grilled Veal Chops.


...and finally, Almond Icecream.
